Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and quality control standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales made through levorajewelry.com are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery at onlylevora@gmail.com with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
If verified, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same item or issue a store credit. We do not issue monetary refunds.
Lévora reserves the right to determine the validity of any defect claim. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for any form of replacement or credit.

3. Shipping Errors

If an incorrect item is shipped due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details. We will review the case and, if verified, arrange a replacement. We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstance.

4. Return Authorization

No items may be returned to Lévora without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense. Lévora is not responsible for lost or unapproved return shipments.

5. Product Description Disclaimer

We make every effort to display accurate images, colors, and product descriptions. However, variations in lighting, screen settings, or natural material differences may occur. Such variations do not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange.

6. Limited Liability

By purchasing from levorajewelry.com, you agree that Lévora, its owners, affiliates, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

7. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks

Any chargeback or dispute filed with your payment provider without contacting Lévora first will be considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and report fraudulent claims to the appropriate authorities.
